Thirty Miles of Corruption declared Vivian Moreno was the clear winner of the 2nd debate.
1.Vivian Moreno, 2. Nancy Melendez, 3. Sally Martinez, a tie at number 4, Rusty Bailey and Paul Davis ….. FOR LYING.
1. Vivian Moreno: She’s the one with all the knowledge. She has all the facts and she connects with the crowd like no other candidate. She’s informed with all the issues and would be the reformer. She would be the ONLY candidate that will HONESTLY take care of the taxpayer.
2. Nancy Melendez: She is all about…..I’m not quite sure what shes about. Community and Transparancy? She says that in every comment but I can’t quite find the substance or direction to her message.
3. Sally Martinez : She’s cute and sweet, really doesn’t know much about the real issues and would have to be spoon fed all the information.
4. Mayor Rusty Bailey: He’s in denial, and is running his campagin on the notion that he has been Fiscally Responsible. Maybe he doesn’t read the newspaper, or doesn’t want to know we are having a budget melt down. Though Rusty Bailey is the ultimate cheer leader for the City, the Fit Fresh and Fun Mayor, is he spending so much time riding his bike that maybe he doesn’t know his administration has been falling apart, and has been fiscally irresponsible. At the debates he looked uncomfortable, and was always trying to defend his record. As Mayor he will continue to make the public believe that the City’s course is in the right direction, and then take us down the path of no return, with a smile and a prayer.
Bailey is not just in denial, he’s in total denial and will try to make everyone believe there are no problems in Riverside. He wants us out of our cars, riding our bikes or walking downtown. He minimizes all the budget issues as if they can simply go away by magic. He will never say we need to raise taxes, but he will in a heartbeat. He always has. During this debate Rusty said he would reduce the mayors budget by $20,000.00. I say to that, “BIG DEAL!” He also stated he had the smallest budget at City Hall. Well I can tell you he has the highest Mayor’s budget in the entire region of Riverside County. He also has the largest staff. At one point his budget reached almost one million dollars. As a matter of fact, there is no other Mayor in this region that has their own budget. The Mayor and Council combined total budget in Anaheim is $900,000.00
4. Paul Davis: He is the-matter-of-fact Candidate. Every question he is asked he makes sure he states “and thats a matter of fact.” Maybe Mr. Davis should do some fact checking before he speaks. One thing is for sure, he is in an all out war with the Mayor, they dislike each other terribly, and-that’s-a-matter-of-fact. Council member Davis would be the ‘bait and switch’ Mayor, he’ll tell you one thing, then do another. He is also taking the Bully Pulpit to new heights, what you see is what your going to get. A BULLY!
Davis is also the false recognition candidate, he steals the credit from someone else’s hard earned success, as in the case of Mike Soubrious or the public. Davis voted year after year on spending increases and budget increases. The only time he has voted for the public is in the last couple of months when he started to campaign for mayor. After fact checking the diversity question, Mayor Bailey was right, Davis was wrong, here is the Darlene Elliot’s attorney’s letter to the Mayor, with the corresponding finding by Riverside Deputy City Attorney Robert Hansen. The incident did not include the Mayor. It was between Elliot and Kane. Read the “CAT FIGHT” by thirtymilesofcorruption.com

Why Honesty will win every debate: When you stand for honesty, you believe in yourself and everything you represent. When you stand for honesty, everything you say carries the voice of credibility. But, when you’re dishonest, your soiled reputation will do the speaking for you.
Hit this nail on the head The only person who will have the cities best interest in her heart and soul is Vivian Moreno she has dedicated her life to fixing the city and its corruption and over spending. Lets see a person who really cares for Riverside in the Mayors seat
I have to say this. I hate when people say we have to stand up for hispanics, blacks or other ethnicities, and cloak it as a race issue. As though whites are in another category? They are not. There is one race, that is the human race. Other than that it boils down to ideologies and culture. It has nothing to do with race and we should be color blind, because we don’t need to be coddled via our ethnic heritage, which subjugates others. We should be unified under God and country, not little countries within regions. Mature people do not whine like children about he /she got the blue cup, I wanted the blue cup.
