We got a wise guy, ahh forget about it.  You’re a funny guy. How am I funny? Funny how? (what do you mean I’m a funny guy?) You look like a clown (do you mean I’m funny like a clown?).  You F##k, you weren’t suppose to be in my area!  Thought I was watching a scene from “Goodfellas” with Joe Pesci, Robert De Niro and Ray Liotta, but no, this was believe it or not, Mission Inn Security…  This all took place November 30th, during an Occupy Riverside March during the Festival of Lights event in front of the Mission Inn, and all caught on tape by courtesy of John Dingler.

Mission Inn Security A. Appello, stated to the cameraman that he was not authorized to film here, though it was a public sidewalk.  He was also told not he did not give him permission to film himself, a private citizen, though in reality, was under the employment of the Mission Inn.  He was so annoyed, that A. Appello evidently called RPD or his capo di tutti capi (boss of all bosses) which at the Mission Inn would be non other than Duane Roberts, or some now mentioned his wife Kelly Robert is now running the inn.  Mission inn security states that the photographer did not have his permission to film him, though he was on public property.  People have told me the Mission Inn was a tad bit on the pretentious side, but maybe stating a citizen could not film on public property would appear to be a bit to much. Peter Demian, Mission Inn Security, stated he would press charges personally, then suddenly blurted out, “Touch Me, Go Ahead, Touch Me”!  and then gets closer to the cameraman with his face in front of the camera, as if he expected John to do something….as indicated in his video coverage.  Peter Demian, Mission Inn Security, stated that RPD will confiscate his camera and film, and that he will be personally filing charges, and that he was going to jail that night.   He then continued to follow and intimidate the cameraman by remaining very close.  He continued to follow him away from the Mission Inn jurisdiction, and continued to taunt, that he will take his name tag off and now be a citizen, which meant?  Not sure.  But he later did, and showed it to the cameraman, John Dingler.  Then he continued to insult.  Mission Inn Security Peter Demian, calls John a “Loser”, “To get a Life” and the incomparable, “You look like a clown”.  So, according to Mission Inn security it is against the law to film any private citizen on public property without their permission.  But no one else filming there within the public arena of the Mission Inn was told the same, or had threats that their camera and film would be confiscated…

But TMC did their own investigation regarding filming in public places.  According to the Legal Handbook for Photographers, says, “The general rule is that if something is in a public place, you’re entitled to photograph it.”

As a side note, doesn’t the taxpayer subsidize some elements of the Mission Inn?  The answer is, yes…  Nice, Mission Inn, on the happiest time of the year… and at the same time I’m hearing “he’s making a list, and he’s checking it twice, gonna find out who’s naughty or nice.. UPDATE: COMMENTER ON THE JOHN DINGLER REPORT: Peter Damian is no longer employed by the Mission Inn, he is in prison. He stole over 4,000 dollars. He was part of a rushed hiring process that fired very well qualified staff (some had been with the company for over 20 years) and replaced them with incompetent, power hungry, tyrannical, and offensive people with no experience. Diana Rosure with the backing of Kelly Roberts led the cleansing with a fake smile and sharp guillotine. If the Mission Inn crumbles to the ground, these people are to blame.                           – Fmilleriazation

I was walking down Main Street and saw the heavily closed off islands of grass with newly applied manure, a tree and a sign.  Which then reminded me  of a quote by Thomas Jefferson,  “The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure.”  Are many of our forefathers quotes coming back to remind and warn us that we as individuals must take responsibility for the course that government has taken?

CITY OF RIVERSIDE: CHIEF OF POLICE SERGIO DIAZ NABS FIFTY CENT BANDIT.

It doesn’t get better than this in our town of Mayberry,  oh, Riverside.  It only took him three police officers, Assistant Chief of Police Chris Vicino, Sergeant Valmot Graham, three dispatched police cars [3133,3135,3143] and a helicopter.  Yes we did get all the sirens, colored lights, fast police cars and the bright helicopter searchlight. We all thought something quite serious occurred in River City on that street corner of 11th and Main.

What happened earlier, was as the Occupy Riverside folks filled the Council Chambers expressing their outrage over Sundays assault, Riverside Chief of Police Sergio Diaz dressed in his Sunday best, walked out of Council Chambers with Asst. Chief Vicino, and proceeded down Main Street toward the Orange Street station.  There were two male black citizens at a Press Enterprise news paper receptacle. One homeless citizen, he later told me his name, Henry, was removing a paper from the receptacle because he knew there was no bottom to that particular receptacle.  He was taking the paper because he told me the second apprehended individual had said he was in the paper the day of the Occupy Riverside assault.  Sergio, saw what was happening and approached Henry and asked him if he had paid for the paper, he said no, he didn’t have the fifty cents.  This was when a call was made for police assistance, after an identifying badge was shown.  At the time we were at the Council Chamber, heard the sirens and helicopter roaring above with their searchlights.  There were two police officer at the council chamber who I saw received a call and quickly began to walk down Main Street.  I walked behind them, half way down and they stated “it was done.”  I continued to walk over noticed two black males apprehended on the curb, with the chief and assistant chief their with three officers.  I tried to get a closer picture, was told to move back that I was interfering with police business.  They later called the PE, who came by told of the incident, took the single paper of evidence, and evidently declined to press charges. Both suspects were released.  Taxpayers are asking how much did this show of force cost them for what came down to a catch and release event? Couldn’t the Chief just show a little compassion and give the homeless person the 0.50 cents and be done with it?

UPDATE: 11/10/2011: THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE CONTINUES TO HOLD BACK THE CITY COUNCIL VIDEO OF 10/09/2011.  NOT COMMONLY DONE.  IS IT BEING CENSORED OR REVIEWED FOR THE USUAL DAMAGE CONTROL?  THESE ARE THE QUESTIONS THE COMMUNITY ARE ASKING…  THE SITE CONTINUES TO STATE, The system was unable to find an appropriate server for the content you  requested, the content may be behind a firewall or may be in the process of  transferring to a distribution server. CITY OF RIVERSIDE: THE LORD’S DAY: A GOOD DAY TO DRESS UP AND BUST UP AMERICAN OCCUPIERS IN THE ALL AMERICAN CITY?

Somehow the City Fathers and Mother, have done something right.  Whatever it is, we are finally seeing growing amount of visitors in Downtown Riverside.  They are shopping, eating at local restaurants etc.  Antonious Pizza owner Teresa Andrawis said protesters have given her business a little boost.  They are called Occupy Riverside.  But today,  the Lord’s Day, the City of Riverside, under the leadership of Chief Sergio Diaz decided it was a good day to end, what many consider a legal and lawful constitutional right to assemble.  TMC was also told that the Occupy Riverside’s permit is still active, but we were also told some weeks back by an Occupyer that they would be there till Saturday, November 5, 2011.   Therefore, the question remains.  Regardless, SWAT dressed up in full tactical gear, glocks locked and loaded, and onward went Emerald City’s finest to disrupt and arrest the occupying Americans participating in a legal assembly.  Why the disruption?  Is it possible the city feared the repercussions of Oakland?  Eleven arrested, tents disasembled and removed, but who’s to argue with a .45?  Riverside PE, how come your not reporting this?  Hopefully you didn’t receive that infamous lecture from the Chief on responsible reporting? OK, I was just joking..  Then there was the infamous bottle of soda that started it all, as stated by City of Riverside’s Chief Sergio Diaz himself, according to the PE.  So then there would be broken glass?  Protestors stated it wasn’t a bottle of soda, as the Chief indicates, it was a full can of soda.  LA Times reports that allegedly a full can of soda was thrown at the officers.  Another report stated a plastic bottle of water and a full can of soda was pelted.  These have now been labeled lethal weapons in Emerald City or The All American City 1998.  Many have said, “lethal weapons!”  Yes, but this is River City USA.  You haven’t seen nothing yet, just wait till the police reports come out.  But after all was said and done, the lightning and thunder then came to the City of Riverside…. and some began to ponder if this was an angry response from a higher source above, after all it was the Lord’s Day?

UPDATE: 11/07/2011: ACCORDING TO A REPORT BY CBS, THE ELEVEN PROTESTERS ARRESTED WERE CHARGED WITH ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON, ASSAULT ON A POLICE OFFICER AND RESISTING ARREST ACCORDING TO JOHN CARPENTER OF THE RIVERSIDE POLICE DEPARTMENT.

UPDATE: SOME HAVE CONSIDER IT STRANGE THAT ON OCTOBER 11, 2011, THE RIVERSIDE CHIEF OF POLICE, SERGIO DIAZ,  WALKED MAIN STREET UNKNOWNINGLY IN A SUIT, IN COGNITO, ALLEGEDLY ACCUSING CERTAIN RIVERSIDE OCCUPIERS OF BEING DRUG DEALERS… 

UPDATE: 10/08/2011: ALLEGEDELY, DO WE NEED TO GET THE OCCUPIERS OUT BEFORE THE FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS, THE DAY AFTER THANKGIVING?  WILL WE FIND A MORE AGRESSIVE APPROACH THEN WHAT WAS SEEN SUNDAY?  THEN PLACING THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE ON THE MAP WITH GREECE, OAKLAND AND NEW YORK?

UPDATE: 11/08/2011: PROTESTER AT TODAYS RIVERSIDE CITY HALL STATES THAT RIVERSIDE POLICE FALSIFIED THE CLAIM AND CHARGE OF THE INFAMOUS BOTTLE OF WATER.  THE PROTESTOR STATED HE WAS THE ONE THAT THROUGH THE PLASTIC BOTTLE OF WATER.  HE WAS PART OF HOLDING THE LINE, DRANK FROM HIS BOTTLE OF WATER, TOSSED IT TO HIS FRIEND TO REFILL, FRIEND THROUGH BACK THE BOTTLE.  WITH ALL THE PHONE CAMERAS, CAMERAS AND VIDEO RECORDERS, NO BOTTLE USED AS A PROJECTILE WAS FILMED OR SEEN AS CLAIMED BY POLICE CHIEF SERGIO DIAZ.

ANOTHER STATED WHO WAS LOST HIS JOB TWO WEEKS AGO, “NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU ARREST, OR BEAT ME, THE PROBLEM IS JUST NOT GOING TO GO AWAY”.

ANOTHER STATED, NEWS AGENCIES  SUCH AS CNN AND THE NEW YORK TIMES WERE ASKING HER IF POLICE BRUTALITY WAS A REGULAR THING?” OCCURRENCE IN THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE

ANOTER STATED CHARGED WITH RESISTING ARREST, WHILE BEING PINNED UNDER A COLLAPSED CANOPY.

KAREN RENFROE GIVE THE COUNCIL A LECTURE ON FREEDOM AND LIBERTY, GETS A STANDING OVATION.

SOMEONE IN THE BACK OF THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS CREATED A STIR, INTERRUPTING A SPEAKER AT THE PODIUM, AND HAD TO BE CORRECTED BY MAYOR LOVERIDGE.  IT APPEARS THAT THE MAYOR KNOWS HIM BY NAME.  HE WAS IDENTIFIED AS SALVADOR SANTANA, A LOCAL RIVERSIDE BLOGGER OF THE TRUTH PUBLICATION.  COUNCILMEN STEVE ADAMS, MIKE GARDNER AND CHRISTOPHER MACARTHUR ARE PAYING SUPPORTERS OF THIS SITE ACCORDING TO CITY 460 DOCUMENTS. 

         

THE SITE CLAIMS THAT THE LAST PAYMENT COUNCILMAN STEVE ADAMS MADE TO THIS SITE FOR CAMPAIGN ADVERTISING PURPOSES WAS IN THE AMOUNT OF $440.00, BUT NOT IN ANYWAY INDICATED ON ANY 460 DOCUMENT FORM. 

ACCORDING TO THE PUBLICATION, FORMER COUNCILMAN FRANK SCHIAVONE APPEARS TO ALSO HAVE MADE A CALL OF SUPPORT TO THIS PUBLICATION.  INTERESTING DERROGATORY COMMENTS TOWARDS WOMEN ON THIS SITE FROM SUPPORTERS.  SITE SUPPORTER COUNCILMAN MIKE GARDNER SHOWN WITH FORMER COUNCILMAN ED ADKINSON, NOW ALSO RUNNING FOR MAYOR. 

UPDATE: 11/09/2011: REPORTS OF COMPLAINTS FROM OCCUPIERS ARE COMING IN NAMING OFFICERS ANGOLA AND MUNIZ.  WHAT HAPPENED BEHIND CLOSED DOORS OF THE POLICE PROCESSING CENTER.  PROFESSIONALITY IN QUESTION AND THE TREATMENT OF THE WOMEN.   OTHER SOURCES STATING THE TWO WERE ALLEGEDLY FIRED AT ONE POINT, THEN REHIRED DUE TO ALLEGATIONS OF EVIDENCE PLANTING AND TAMPERING.  MANY ARE ASKING WHO ARE THE REAL CRIMINALS. ONE OF THE FEMALE OCCUPIERS WHO WAS NOT PART OF THE CHAIN, SAID SHE WAS PICKED OUT BY AN OFFICER FOR WHAT SHE APPARENTLY SAID TO HIM. THE OFFICER THAN TOLD HER SHE WAS BEING ARRESTED FOR ASSAULTING HIM.  WHAT HAPPENS WITHIN THE UNDERWORLD OF THE RIVERSIDE POLICE PROCESSING CENTER CANNOT BE WITNESSED BY CIVILIANS.  WE HAVE TO REMEMBER THE CITY COUNCIL AND MAYOR ARE THE DECISION MAKERS OF WHAT OCCURS IN THE CITY, THEY ARE THE LEADERS, THE POLICE ARE ONLY THEIR FOOT SOLDIERS WHO FOLLOW THEIR ORDERS UNDER THE COMMAND OF CHIEF OF POLICE SERGIO DIAZ.   KEEP CONNECTED MORE TO COME.
