TMC: Thirty Miles of Corruption 
No one is under oath so of course city employees won’t spill the beans, they still feel Hudson’s reign of terror. Interesting they say that using sewer money for non-sewer purposes is a prop. 218 violation but they continue to loan sewer money to redevelopment. Maybe everyone needs to be under oath to get to the real truth!!! Sounds like a grand jury complaint to me…..
