In a request for Mayor William “Rusty” Bailey’s working schedule for July13, 2015 through July 19,2015, this is what one taxpayer received. This was submitted to TMC to reveal that this document was redacted of who the Mayor was meeting with, where you see the red arrows. Whereby taxpayers were insured of a new era for theCity of Riverside with reference to transparency, it appears the same old, same Old song… What are you hiding Mayor Bailey, something from the public, or something from your family? Why are you keeping us guessing, I thought your knew policy at City Hall was transparency on steroids. The only thing that has change at City Hall are the faces.

- Appointment calendars and applications, phone records, and other records which impair the deliberative process by revealing the thought process of government decision-makers may be withheld only if “the public interest served by not making the records public clearly outweighs the public interest served by disclosure of the records.” (? 6255; Times Mirror v. Sup. Ct., 53 Cal.3d 1325 (1991); Rogers v. Sup. Ct., 19 Cal.App.4th 469 (1993); CFAC v. Sup. Ct., 67 Cal.App.4th 159 (1998)). If the interest in secrecy does not clearly outweigh the interest in disclosure, the records must be disclosed, “whatever the incidental impact on the deliberative process.” (Times Mirror v. Sup. Ct.) The agency must explain, not merely state, why the public interest does not favor disclosure.

Now, I’m waiting for your article about the special meeting regarding the Northside and the results of the meeting. People were very surprised by the vote especially the two that voted against the moratorium.
The Council and the Mayor are really doing knucklehead things. Maybe, we should just dump this group of electeds and start all over again!
How much more are they going to keep on pushing their own agendas and disregarding the majority of what the community wants!
They are totally out of control.

VIVIAN MORENO FOR MAYOR I’m posting this on my own because I’m tired of the City of Riverside ignoring their duties to enforce Ordinance 625 for over 7 years, and continue to allow a sex offender and felon on probation in and out of this residential property that they only rent to conduct business on – the Mayor and City has had the authority to cease all business operations on this residential property but neglect their duties to do so endangering families, residents and children in the area. 7 YEARS – 7 years of corruption – proof has been provided, numerous complaints from myself and neighbors – and still business is conducted on this residential property – ask Mayor Bailey WHY – and do not vote for him – vote for Vivian Moreno – she’s going to remove the corruption, hold everyone to the same standards equally and ensure safety and equality for all residents – unlike Bailey who’s office has told me to continue to sent in complaints to Code Enforcement – for how many more years? How much money is the City receiving from the business conducted on this property? Because whatever the amount, it is not worth the safety, protection, and peace of my family and my neighbor’s family – but apparently that is not what the City of Riverside and Mayor set as a priority… POSTED ON MY PAGE OF 7 YEAR UNRESOLVED ISSUES: VIVIAN MORENO can fight the corruption in the City of Riverside, do away ENTIRELY with the current Code Enforcement, and place the rights, safety, and protection of Riverside citizens you have my vote. For almost 7 years the City of Riverside, Code Enforcement, Mayor Bailey, and Chris MacArthur have ignored and refused to enforce Ordinance 625 (farming nuisances) at a zoned residential property across from our home. It is a residential property whose owner rents a portion of his land out to Castellanos Farms. We have complained about noise nuisances, excessive traffic, late night farming, etc. NO ENFORCEMENT WHATSOEVER. Recently we obtained proof that a sex offender farms on this property that is within 2 miles of 5 schools, notified City, RPD, and Mayor (and my neighbors, who are not happy at all and have also voiced the removal of this individual) – and yet this individual still remains, and he, and all the others have gate access to property and enter in at anytime day or night. Not acceptable, and hasn’t been for almost 7 years. PLEASE clean issues like this up – the peace, safety, and protection of my family and home is priority over MONEY being made for the homeowner and Castellanos. Property that is an issue: 9067 Cleveland Ave, Riverside, 92503 – property owned by Hal Hebert. This could happen to anyone in Riverside, especially when the City and Mayor are not ensuring that Civil and Muni Codes, Ordinances, and Laws are not enforced. Vivian – you are welcome to use our issues regarding the City and Mayor Bailey neglect on their duties for your campaign.
